We contacted Flashbay as we had decided to sponsor an event last minute and needed to produce some branded merchandise at short notice. Mekavi got back to us quickly and she outlined our options and pricing. We received visual mock ups the same day, and when we received the goods we were very impressed with the quality of each item. It was also nice to receive a follow up call from Mekavi to confirm we had received the items and that we were satisfied with quality of the products. Great customer service. Highly recommended.

The Communication responses to my questions about the product was almost instantly and there is a time difference of 3hrs. to consider. Once the pens and engraving were finalized Olivia followed up with the date the pens were shipped to the date, they arrived. Her knowledge and recommendations on the pens were very helpful for us to make our final decision. Also, the special box of pens that Olivia sent helped us to visually see what our options were. We ended up ordering 2 different pens as opposed to only one. I would rate Olivia's service and attention to our order as Excellent. We will definitely order your product again.
