Great communication and super quick response to any enquiries or adjustment on proofs. We have used them a number of times and will keep going back due to their professional manner and good quality products. Once everything was agreed the units arrived before the suggested delivery date. Great company to deal with.

Working with Flashbay was really easy!
Working with Flashbay was really easy! From the word go, the experience was very personalised and thanks goes to Theodore for being so professional and personable.
We wanted to create some coffee cups with our brand logo on for customers/merchandise and Flashbay provided many, many different product options.
Once we settled on a couple we liked, the design process was straightforward and fast. Theo isn't an email only guy, he picks up the phone! Refreshing! Proofs of all designs were provided in high quality images.
We eventually ordered 50 units of the "Crew" style cups and they were delivered within a few days.
I would 100% recommend using Flashbay and we will be ordering more items from them in the future.

Just wish all of our suppliers could be like Flashbay! such a user friendly experience from start to finish, nothing was to much trouble and Nicholas Philpott was an absolute star, didn't hang around and just got on with it! the final product was perfect! just as we wanted it and perfect turn-a-round... all left to say is, thank you Nicholas and Flashbay! will indeed use again.
