Great Service and Quality of Products
We were looking for branded mugs for our pharmacy and approached several companies, but FlashBay stood out for both their service and the quality of the final product. As soon as I made an enquiry, a sample was already on its way in the post, which was a great start.
Theodore Smith answered all my questions promptly and was always happy to make changes when I requested updates to the artwork mock-ups. We took our time deciding on the right company, and I really appreciated how patient and understanding Theodore was during this process. Unlike some other companies, we never felt pressured by constant calls or emails.
Once the mugs arrived, Theodore even called to check that we were happy with everything, which was a really nice touch. I would definitely recommend FlashBay and would happily use them again.

Works for me!
1. Good product delivered quickly at a reasonable price
2. They do send reminders to reorder but not too often, they don't flood my inbox the way some companies do daily.
3. There is a human being I can talk to if needed.
4. I've been doing business with them for 5+ years and they are consistent. No problems so far!
